Update: Linen Service
Effective Mar 1, 2025 Lazy Lakes will offer linen service in all cabin reservations for a required $45 linen fee to be paid at the time of reservation. The service includes freshly laundered, sheets, towels, pillow cases, and the essential toiletries.
Cabins
Niagara’s Lazy Lakes Resort has nine cabins available to rent. They are beautiful and “State of the Art.” These cabins are fully furnished including heaters and air conditioning, a full private bathroom with shower, a full kitchen with stovetop range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, pots & pans, dishes, silverware, satellite TV, couch, recliner, beds, and much more.
Cabins policy
- Reservations can be made 60 days prior to the date of arrival.
- All cabin reservations must be made by phone only.
- NO Pets allowed in or outside of Cabins 2-9. No Exceptions. Only Cabin 1 is pet friendly.
- A $100 security deposit is required at the time of booking. A deposit is a security deposit & use guarantee. The deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Week rental is (7) nights.
- Weekend rental is two (2) nights minimum on Friday & Saturday evenings.
- Three night minimum for holiday or designated special resort holidays.
- BBQs are not included.
- Cabins sleep 4 to 6 people.
- Check-out is at 11 am and check-in is between 3-5 pm.
- Required Linen Fee $45

Cabin Number 1 – Studio
$89 per night – 1 queen bed and bunks (sleeps up to 4)
Cabin Number 2, 3, 4 & 5 – One bedroom
$129 per night – 1 queen bed and bunks (sleeps up to 4)
Cabin Number 6, 7, 8 & 9 – Two bedroom
$179 per night – 2 queen beds and 2 camping cots (sleeps up to 6)
