Niagara’s Lazy Lakes Resort amenities include an activity center, country store, 30 & 50 amp electric, four bathhouses, two laundry facilities, security, three dump stations, two heated saltwater pools, fishing, shuffleboard, row boating, horseshoes, and much more…
Niagara’s Lazy Lakes Resort has 9 cabins available to rent which include 1 studio, 4 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom. These cabins are fully furnished including heat and air conditioning, a full private bathroom with shower, a full kitchen with stove top range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, pots & pans, dishes, silverware, satellite TV, and much more. Must bring linens/sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels.

We offer activities for all age groups at our clubhouse and outdoor covered pavilion. Posted weekly and in our annual newsletter. Be sure to pick one up when you arrive at the resort.

LL Country Store
We are sure you will enjoy the items in stock. Firewood, propane, ice, and the honey wagon services are all done through the store. Letters can be mailed outside in the red mailbox.

30 & 50 amp Electric
Each site comes with 30amp electricity to make your stay more comfortable. Some sites have 50amp available, see security for the details.

The cleanest bathhouses/restrooms are spread throughout the resort. Only a short walk from your campsite.

Security
You will be greeted as you enter the resort by our security staff where they will register you in. Make sure to do 5 mph when you enter and exit as well as throughout the resort.

Our two in-ground heated saltwater pools are a great escape from the summer heat. Family and adult swim hours.

Fishing is awesome! You will find largemouth bass, sunfish, and catfish in both ponds. No fishing license needed and the fishing is catch and release.

Pet Friendly
All pets must be kept on a short leash and should be walked by a responsible person. Current vaccination records are required. Please pick up after your pets and dispose of droppings in the dumpster. Pets are not allowed in any buildings or swimming pool areas.

The resort is located in the heart of Niagara, in the Town of Cambria in Lockport, NY. Lazy Lakes Resort is known as “WNY’s Best Kept Secret”®, just 15 minutes from Niagara Falls and 10 minutes from the Niagara River & Lake Ontario.
